Anna Kamińska Biography

Anna Kamińska is a singer-songwriter dreamer. She takes her listeners on a musical journey, thanks to her voice and musical instruments such as the ukulele, the piano, and the autoharp. Anna is a jazz vocal graduate of The Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań and currently works as a vocal coach for The Wrocław Singing School as well as a Music teacher at an elementary school. Her original project entitled “A Little Tenderness” is filled with poetic lyrics, deep feelings, and romantic emotions. Musically, the project incorporates some indie folk/pop-folk music and hints of jazz. The band creating “A Little Tenderness” also consists of an instrumentalist and arranger Emil Smardzewski, a cellist Filip Turkowski, and drummer Adrian Ciesielski. In spring 2022 their first album is expected to be released. For the last four years, Anna and Emil have also been creating a symbiotic musical duo. She brought in her honest, heartfelt lyrics and jazz-folk emotionality. He, on the other hand, added a pinch of pop-rock temperament and his bold arrangements. So far, they have released two singles: “Sunny Day” (2020) and “Rainy Day” (2021). With the help of Jan Kamiński, a cinematographer, photographer, and privately Anna’s brother, they published plenty of audio-video recordings.
