The Australian singer/songwriter Scott Matthew has received a lot of attention in 2006 for penning the theme song 'In The End' of John C. Mitchell`s film SHORTBUS. In collaboration with producer Jens Gad, 10 new classic songs have emerged on his new album ‚ADORNED' in 2020. The electronic arrangements leave room for the beautiful melodies, they pick up Scott's touching vocals and open access to his poignant ballads in a way, that they sound lighter. Whoever has experienced Scott Matthew and his wonderful musicians live on stage is oddly touched. His emotional investment in song and singing is huge. His presence intensifies the disarming and immediacy of his work though can give ease to the evening with two or three words between his songs.
