Musician, teacher, and arranger Michal Polák is one of the young generations of musicians on the Slovak music scene.
Its sensual mosaic of various influences, among which free jazz, rock, metal, world music, blues, funky cannot be overlooked, forms an original musical combination that creates an authentic impression. Musical expression and style are instantly recognizable. A sequence of melodic chords interwoven with the influx of individual lines of notes, which sound smoothly with a combination of hybrid guitar techniques. His playing grew out of a wide range of musical influences. His musical style came from trying to emulate his musical patterns and finding his own ways of playing.
